9. Limited warranties
9.1 We do not warrant or represent:
(a) the completeness or accuracy of the information published on our website;

10.1 Is qualified by the term “event” any happening organised by us, would it be an on-campus event, a social night or a trip.
10.1 We cannot be held responsible in the event of an accident during one of our events.
10.2 During any of the trips, we act as an intermediary, helping organise the transport and the accommodations, therefore we are not responsible of any of the problems not relating to these two particular subjects.
10.3 We cannot be held responsible of any stolen/lost object during one of our events.
10.4 We commit to reimburse any customer if within 24h the customer has any legal issues such as :
(b) Passport expiration date
10.5 If payment has been made but more than 24h have passed, we cannot be held responsible if refund is not made.
10.6 As all members are over 18 years of age, they are responsible of themselves during any event, therefore we cannot be held responsible of any issues relating to health and safety.
