WBSS Football: a winning team!

WBS is a huge department of 1000 people and full of talented sportspeople. The relatively small University sports teams cannot choose everyone worthy of selection. Fortunately the WBSS is committed to promoting a community spirit through sporting success.Each year the WBSS enters a football team in the Intra-Mural KPMG league which runs throughout the academic year. In terms 1 and 2 the WBSS team will be fighting it out to finish top of their league. In the third term the best performing teams will go on to compete in a knockout stage, striving to be crowned champions of Warwick.Having qualified for the knockout stages in each of the past three years and winning the competition in the 2006/07 season, the WBSS team will be hoping to repeat past success this year.
